The role partners with risk, finance, operations, technology and audit functions to drive improvements, provide actionable insights, and mentor teammates in governance and remediation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive complex analyses of business processes, data flows, and operational controls to identify data integrity concerns, defects, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders across business, risk, finance, operations, technology, and audit to evaluate process performance, resolve complex issues, and drive sustainable improvements.
• Leverage data analytics, automation, AI-enabled tools, and quantitative methodologies to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that improve operational efficiency and process effectiveness.
• Develop and deliver insights, reporting, and visualizations that communicate process performance, business risks, and improvement opportunities to stakeholders and leadership.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and mentorship to teammates in governance, issue remediation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
