Job summary

Best Buy in Rochester, MN is seeking a Delivery Support Associate to support a team of delivery specialists during the busy season. You’ll help with delivery, installation, repair and haul-away of electronics, and assist with basic integration and networking tasks in customers' homes.

The role is part-time, requires being at least 18 years old and the ability to lift up to 350 lbs solo or 700 lbs with a team and assistive tools.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 350 lbs individually or 700 lbs as a team with assistive tools (harness, dolly, lift) and accommodation if needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance installation
• Help ensure installed appliances are damage-free, accurately installed and fully functioning
• Provide a seamless client experience by advising on product placement and recommendations
• Work independently or as part of a two-person team
• Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance in partnership with other Agents
• Process paperwork and payments
