Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Geek Squad Installation Helper to accompany a team to customers’ homes for delivery, installation, repair and haul-away of electronic devices, with a focus on consumer electronics. This part-time role supports installation work in Humble, TX and involves both independent and paired duties.

You’ll assist with product placement guidance, inventory management, paperwork processing and may help with in-store repairs and training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds alone or 150 pounds with a team.

Responsibilities

• Advise on product placement and provide recommendations on product, service and content.
• Work independently or in a two-person team.
• Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance in partnership with other agents.
• Process paperwork and payments.
• Provide feedback and training to store teams and assist with in-store repairs.
