Job summary

Best Buy Mansfield is seeking a Delivery Assistant (Delivery Support Associate) to join during our holiday season. You will assist with delivery, installation, and haul-away of electronic devices, and support the team with integration and networking at customers’ homes.

You’ll work independently or with a two-person team, manage inventory and vehicle upkeep, handle paperwork and payments, and meet safety requirements including the ability to lift up to 350 pounds solo or 700 pounds with a team

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift 350 pounds individually or 700 pounds with a team using assistive tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with delivery, installation, repair and haul-away of electronic devices.
• Support the team by integration and networking tasks.
• Work independently or as part of a two-person team.
• Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance with other Agents.
• Process paperwork and payments.
