Job summary

Best Buy in Eau Claire, WI is seeking a Delivery Assistant (Delivery Support Associate) to join during the busy holiday season. You’ll assist with the delivery, installation, repair and haul-away of electronic devices at customers’ homes.

You’ll also support the team with integration and networking tasks, manage inventory and vehicle maintenance, and process paperwork and payments. You must be at least 18 and able to lift heavy items.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift 350 pounds individually or 700 pounds as a team with the use of support tools such as a harness, dolly or lift with or without reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance installation
• Help ensure installed appliances are damage-free, accurately installed and fully functioning
• Provide a seamless client experience by advising on product placement and giving recommendations regarding products, services and content
• Work independently or as part of a two-person team
• Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance in partnership with other Agents
• Process paperwork and payments
