Job summary

CreditSights, a Fitch Solutions Company and part of Fitch Group, seeks a Senior Credit Research Analyst in New York to advance technology and data center credit research. You will publish insights, engage with issuers and investors, and coordinate with cross‑office teams to form sector views.

The role emphasizes rigorous analysis, strong writing, and collaboration with our global markets team to deliver timely intelligence to a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience conducting credit research related to the US Technology or tangential sector.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to write clearly, quickly and prolifically.
• A record of extensive issuer and investor interaction.
• Ability to multi-task, with a strong work ethic.
• Undergraduate / postgraduate degree; CFA designation seen favorably.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to research coverage in the Technology / Data Center sector by conducting fundamental credit analysis of companies in the digital infrastructure, software, and networking equipment segments.
• Publish frequently on a portfolio of credits and market themes.
• Have a deep understanding of the US and global regulatory frameworks, and the implications of those for investing in the sector.
• Meet current and prospective clients to discuss and to market CreditSights’ research, in conjunction with our sales team.
• Collaborate with a market-leading Credit Strategy team on sector-level and market themes and views.
• Interact with colleagues in our London and Singapore offices on research topics to establish common views on the market outlook and sectoral views.
