Fitch Ratings in New York seeks an Analyst to perform CRE analysis on CMBS securities and assess loan structures and property cash flows. You will work with teams to deliver rigorous credit opinions and timely research.

You’ll apply quantitative skills, share findings with credit committees, and contribute to detailed rating commentary and reports as part of a collaborative, growth-oriented team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 12 months of experience in underwriting, valuing, or working out commercial real estate (CRE).
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with commercial property types and multitasking across projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess credit strengths and risks of CRE properties and loan structures.
• Use quantitative analysis to evaluate property and loan level characteristics and market trends.
• Communicate rating conclusions to credit committee.
• Publish detailed transaction reports and research.
