Job summary

Revlon Corporate is seeking a Technology & Cost Management Manager to lead financial governance for technology services, including cost allocation, chargeback management, and reporting. You will partner with Finance, Technology, and business units to ensure spend is transparent and well-governed.

Key responsibilities include budgeting, monitor expenditures, KPI/SLAs for vendors, and data-driven cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, accounting, business administration, IT, or related field.
• Extensive experience in financial management, cost accounting, or chargeback processes.
• Demonstrated expertise in cost allocation and chargeback models in complex settings.
• Familiarity with TBM frameworks.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting knowledge.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP platforms.
• Proficiency with Excel and Power BI for financial dashboards.
• Understanding IT service management and its financial implications.
• Ability to collaborate with IT, finance, and business units.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage chargeback mechanisms for allocating technology costs to business units.
• Ensure technology costs are allocated accurately and consistently.
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting for technology services.
• Monitor expenditure against budgets and propose corrective actions.
• Define KPIs and SLAs for technology vendors and monitor performance.
• Provide cost reports and dashboards to stakeholders with insights.
• Collaborate with finance and IT to align costs with policies.
• Develop and implement cost governance policies and processes.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and vendor renegotiations.
• Support audits with detailed cost data.
