Job summary

Revlon is seeking a Technology & Cost Management Manager to govern technology spend, asset ownership, and cost transparency. You will design chargeback mechanisms, track budgets, and partner with Finance, Technology, and business teams to ensure adherence to policies and strategic goals.

Hybrid role based in New York with 3 days in the office and remote work possible on other days; this position emphasizes data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration to optimize technology investments

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
Extensive experience in financial management, cost accounting, or chargeback processes.
Familiarity with TBM frameworks and budgeting, forecasting, reporting.
Experience with SAP, Oracle or similar ERP systems; strong data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

Design and manage cost allocation and chargeback mechanisms for technology services.
Develop methodologies for fair, transparent cost distribution across units.
Support annual budgeting and forecasting for technology services.
Monitor expenditures against budgets and propose corrective actions.
Define KPIs and SLAs for technology vendors and perform regular performance reviews.
Provide detailed cost reports and dashboards to leadership and stakeholders.
Collaborate with IT, finance, and business units to resolve disputes and optimize costs.
Develop policies for cost management and streamline allocation processes.
Offer strategic advice on cost optimization and ROI of technology investments.
