Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead product development programs from concept through commercialization.
• Drive formula, shade, texture, and packaging development with internal and external partners.
• Serve as liaison across cross-functional teams and TPMs; lead development meetings.
• Establish shade strategies and assortments for new launches and extensions.
• Manage development timelines, documentation, approvals, and launch readiness.
• Build supplier and manufacturing relationships; travel for evaluations and scale-ups.
• Monitor launches, trends, ingredients, textures, and consumer behaviors; share opportunities.
