Job summary

GCA is seeking a Tech Control Facility (TCF) Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day performance and modernization of TCFs at a federal client site. The role ensures secure communications across classifications, leads Tier II/III teams, and adheres to DISAC 310-175-9 standards.

Collaboration with government leadership is required to manage mission-critical networks. Qualifications include a bachelor’s in IT or 5+ years in IT, 5+ years cryptographic facility management, and active Top Secret

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
• 5+ years managing and operating cryptographic facilities.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility at start; DoD IAT Level II certification; RCDD.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily operations within the Tech Control Facility (TCF).
• Supervise Tier II Help Desk and Tier III support to ensure SLA compliance.
• Ensure high availability and operational integrity of network components and encryption devices.
• Manage incident response workflows and resolution efforts.
• Maintain accurate SOPs and operational logs.
• Lead maintenance and restoration of transmission paths and facilities.
