Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.
• Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification.
• 5+ years of experience managing and/or operating secure or regulated technology environments.
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance; SCI eligible.
• Demonstrated experience maintaining secure facilities and controlled communications infrastructure.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams in environments similar in size and complexity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the operational readiness of secure communications and technology control facilities.
• Lead and supervise technical teams supporting mission-critical network and crypto transmission systems.
• Oversee infrastructure including switches, encryption technologies, network operations consoles, and circuits.
• Direct Tier 2 Tech Control / Helpdesk operations, including incident response and service restoration.
• Coordinate troubleshooting, restoration, and reporting to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with senior and executive leadership.
• Apply IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices across incident, change, problem, and configuration management.
