Job summary

Legalpeople is seeking a Contracts Manager to support a corporate client with offices in a Northern Dallas suburb. The role focuses on tech and telecom agreements, including drafting, reviewing, redlining, and finalizing standard contracts.

You will manage contracts end-to-end using approved templates, maintain templates and clause libraries, and track all records in shared systems while providing basic legal support to HR, finance, tax, and operations.

Qualifications

• Draft, review, and finalize standard agreements (NDAs, Services, Distribution, Customer Letters)
• Experience drafting and negotiating telecom/technology agreements preferred
• Manage contract templates and clause libraries
• Track contract status, versions, and execution records in shared systems
• Provide basic legal support to HR, Finance, Tax, and Operations
• Assist attorneys with disputes, due diligence, and other tasks as assigned

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, redline, and finalize standard agreements (NDAs, Services agreements, Distribution Agreements, Customer Letters etc.—Tech focused agreements)
• Manage contracts end-to-end using approved templates, from request intake through execution and storage
• Maintain and update standard contract templates and clause libraries
• Track contract status, versions, and execution records in shared systems
• Maintain contract database and make/implement approved recommendations
• Maintain organized legal records and documentation systems
• Conduct legal research as needed or requested
• Prepare short summaries or memos for internal use
• Provide basic legal support to teams such as HR, Finance, Tax, and Operations
• Assist attorneys with disputes, due diligence, and other legal tasks as assigned.
