KellyMitchell Group is seeking a Contract Manager to support our client’s team in Richardson, TX or Ashburn, VA. You will oversee contract records, draft and edit documents, and monitor milestones to ensure timely, compliant outcomes.

The role requires experience in procurement contracting analysis, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google apps, and familiarity with SAP for telecom assets and services. This is a dynamic enterprise environment valuing accuracy and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• Experience in procurement contracting analysis.
• Knowledge of SAP for telecommunication assets and services procurement.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract records, documents and asset records in contract management applications.
• Research contract and contracted telecommunications assets within an engineering organization.
• Draft, revise and edit contractual documents.
• Accelerate the development of contracts, amendments, and SOWs.
• Monitor contract renewals and other key contract milestones.
• Resolve contract compliance issues.
• Identify issues and coordinate resolutions with transactions internal negotiation team.
• Understand business requirements, legal provisions, and Corporate Policies.
• Review and interpret sourcing and corporate policy requirements.
• Take responsibility for consultation and escalation of contractual terms and conditions to Senior Management, including provision of current and potential legal and business issues and/or risks.
