Job summary

Airbnb seeks a Senior Compensation Partner to own the technology organization’s compensation strategy, including engineering, ML/AI, and data science. You will be the primary Total Rewards advisor to Technology leadership and coordinate with Talent Directors and Recruiting to attract top AI talent.

You will build benchmarking, role evaluation, and global programs, while owning budget and cost accountability and mentoring analysts.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of compensation or analytics experience at a high-growth tech company.
• Proven advisor to executive/technical leadership on compensation decisions.
• Strong data-driven approach with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior compensation advisor to Technology leadership across Eng/Infrastructure/ML/AI.
• Lead benchmarking, role evaluation, and global compensation program design.
• Own budget, cost accountability, and executive rollups for tech compensation.
