Hotwire Global is seeking an Account Coordinator for a full-time hybrid role in our Client Services - Consulting department. You will support diverse client campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced tech environment.

You will learn the tools of the comms trade, grow in a global firm, and contribute to media outreach, research, and reporting while developing professional skills and industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• Internship or prior internship experience is required.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills are essential.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas.
• Proficiency with general office tools and platforms (Microsoft Office, Slack, media tools).
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Research and implement forward-thinking strategies, staying on top of AI, tech trends, and media developments.
• Manage competing priorities and execute tasks with precision and efficiency.
• Create and maintain databases for media, events, awards, and editorials.
• Conduct research projects for team members and communicate findings.
• Produce client documents for media and analyst tours, as well as events like speaking opportunities.
• Participate in media campaigns and product launches, including press outreach.
• Provide general support for agency projects (social posts, new business research).
• Bring proactive ideas to advance client objectives.
