Job summary

Allison is seeking an Account Coordinator to join our fast-moving, ideas-driven practice. This entry level role offers hands-on experience in client service, media relations and content development, including drafting materials and building media lists.

You will learn to monitor news, pitch opportunities, and support the account team with weekly deliverables while developing professional relationships across media and clients in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Preferred internship/apprenticeship in public relations, marketing or related field.
• Interest in technology industry strongly preferred.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn with good organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong time-management abilities.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel; Zoom/Teams experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Attend team and client calls; take thorough notes and track action items weekly.
• Draft first versions of press content and media materials.
• Monitor client and industry coverage and flag key stories.
• Support media relations through pitch execution and follow-ups.
• Research speaking opportunities, events and awards for clients.
• Produce regular activity reports and assist with analytics tools.
