You will draft and negotiate SaaS, licensing, and customer/supplier agreements, while guiding data privacy compliance across GDPR regimes.

This hands-on role partners with sales, product, and leadership to provide pragmatic legal advice and support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2–5 PQE with strong commercial contracts experience.
• Experience advising technology businesses.
• Knowledge of emerging technology, AI, or SaaS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts (SaaS, licensing, customer/supplier).
• Manage data privacy compliance (GDPR, UK GDPR) and provide pragmatic legal advice to sales, product, and leadership.
