Job summary

This role focuses on the people side of change, driving adoption and sustainable outcomes for medium-to-large initiatives.

You will partner with division leadership to define scope, allocate resources, monitor progress, and deliver change strategies across processes, systems, and roles.

Responsibilities

• Define scope/approach for department initiatives.
• Direct and monitor resources.

• Develop change management strategies and plans for adoption and value realization.
• Interact with senior management to obtain pertinent information.
• Oversee change project schedules and budgets.
• Build stakeholder relationships with senior leadership and external partners.
• Ensure risk and regulatory standards are adhered to.
