Job summary

Lululemon Athletica is seeking a Category Manager in Technology - Indirect Procurement to partner with stakeholders and drive end-to-end sourcing strategies for the Tech category. You will lead negotiations, manage supplier relationships, and deliver cost-saving opportunities while contributing to the annual category plan.

You will apply advanced data analysis, run competitive sourcing, and support the leadership team in surfacing opportunities and risks affecting category goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor required.
• MBA or SCMP preferred.
• 5+ years indirect procurement experience.
• 2+ years technology category management experience.
• Experience running complex RFP processes end-to-end.
• Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office); knowledge of P2P (Coupa/Oracle) a plus.
• Strong relationship-building to understand stakeholder needs and drive solutions.
• Deep category management knowledge across multiple categories and market dynamics.
• Sourcing: develop contracting/sourcing options using category frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of category strategies aligned to business priorities.
• Provide market intelligence and value analytics for sourcing strategies.
• Drive productivity by optimizing total cost of ownership across sub-categories.
• Define roadmaps to improve sourcing efficiency and prioritize events.
• Build partnerships with business leaders to execute sourcing initiatives.
• Support strategic sourcing events and supplier negotiations; lead as needed.
• Analyze spend data to identify value opportunities and insights.
• Facilitate contract management with Legal for timely execution.
• Manage tools and processes for planning, tracking, and executing sourcing activities.
