Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s in a related field preferred.
• 4–6 years in career services, tech recruiting, or related tech industry roles.
• Knowledge of tech hiring pipelines, AI-enabled career tools, and cybersecurity paths (e.g., CISSP) essential.
• Experience advising students or early-career professionals in technical fields with actionable guidance.
• Experience managing others and coaching teams toward student-centered outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide sector-specific career advising and coaching for tech-focused students and new grads.
• Design and deliver sector programming covering the full job search arc including interviews and salary negotiation.
• Develop and maintain employer relationships to generate full-time opportunities for Northeastern graduates.
• Monitor labor market trends and translate insights into programming and student resources.
• Collaborate with campus partners and employer relations to strengthen sector coverage.
