Jane Street is seeking an experienced recruiter to help hire outstanding interns for our Software Engineering teams. We’re focused on growing and diversifying our recruiting efforts, and your input will be critical as we work to stay ahead of the curve.

During campus recruiting season, you’ll manage a high-volume pipeline with full-cycle candidate management. We offer thoughtful onboarding, hands-on training, and mentorship to support your growth, plus travel to recruiting conferences as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional recruiting experience, preferably within university tech recruiting.
• Able to anticipate future hiring needs and where to find great hires.
• Self-starter who prioritizes tasks and turns ideas into action.
• Willing to travel to conferences and events as needed.
• No financial industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume pipeline of full-cycle candidate management.
• Collaborate on strategies to optimize recruiting approaches.
• Participate in onboarding and mentorship for new recruiters.
• Engage with candidates, colleagues, and external partners.
