Jane Street is hiring a Campus Recruiter to build strategy and grow recruiting efforts for interns and new graduates in our New York office. You will help plan, organize, and execute internship programs for Research and Machine Learning Research teams and manage day-to-day candidate interactions.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking to improve recruiting and close collaboration with Recruiting and team stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional recruiting experience.
• Experience managing a summer internship program preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute internship programs for Research and ML Research teams.
• Identify, interview, and hire interns and new graduates for both teams.
• Deliver excellent day-to-day candidate management and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
• Collaborate with Recruiting and team stakeholders to continuously improve the recruiting process.
