The successful candidate will excel at advanced Excel modeling, building dashboards, and creating polished presentations with strong executive storytelling to inform decisions in a fast-paced, global technology environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, strategy, management, technology, or related field.
• 2–5 years in business management, strategy, COO/business office, management consulting, technology management, financial services, or related role.
• Advanced Excel with data modeling, scenario analysis, and dashboards.
• Excellent PowerPoint and executive storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Support annual and multi-year strategic planning for Technology, translating leadership priorities into actionable plans and reporting.
• Maintain workforce and headcount analyses including headcount, open roles, hiring activity, attrition and location.
• Support resource and capacity planning across Technology teams and initiatives.
• Build sophisticated Excel models, trackers, and dashboards turning data into insights.
• Develop high-quality executive presentations for leadership meetings and strategy sessions.
