Job summary

SERVPRO Corporate Headquarters in Gallatin, Tennessee is hiring a Business Analyst & Project Management Intern for a full-time summer internship (May 24–July 31, 2027). The role pays $20.00 per hour. Housing or relocation assistance are not provided.

You will gain hands-on experience with our Product team, learning IT business analysis, requirements documentation, stakeholder engagement, and basic project management.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with ability to meet deadlines.
• Proactive and creative mindset with willingness to learn and contribute new ideas.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly intern activities as scheduled.
• Attend team meetings and department events.
• Shadow experienced employees to learn business operations.
• Assist with department projects and initiatives.
• Document requirements for smaller enhancements.
• Support process improvement initiatives.
• Participate in special projects assigned by supervisors.
