Business Analyst & Project Management Intern

This full-time internship will run from May 24 through July 31, 2027, and will be based at SERVPRO Corporate Headquarters in Gallatin, Tennessee. The position pays $20.00 per hour. Please note that housing, relocation assistance, and other accommodations are not provided by the Company.

Job Summary

The Business Analyst & Project Management Intern's goal is to understand day-to-day operations within SERVPRO and IT. Through interning with our Product team, the intern will obtain an understanding of the business side of IT with the team of business analysts and project managers. This opportunity will provide the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience and develop a strong foundation in business product support, requirements documentation, stakeholder engagement, basic project management, and release management. The BA/PM Intern will work closely with experienced professionals who are committed to their growth and development.
