Job summary

SERVPRO Industries, LLC invites applications for the Product & Production Intern - Summer 2027 at our Corporate Headquarters in Gallatin, Tennessee. This full-time internship runs May 24 through July 31, 2027, at $20.00 per hour. Housing, relocation, and other accommodations are not provided.

The internship offers hands-on experience in chemical blending, production operations, quality documentation, and R&D of in-house chemicals and equipment, with rotations through warehousing and distribution.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a junior or senior in college pursuing an undergraduate degree in a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Excel skills preferred.
• Interest in manufacturing or chemical production.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly intern activities and attend team meetings.
• Shadow experienced employees to learn operations.
• Assist with batching, mixing, filling, labeling, packaging processes.
• Support production scheduling and planning activities.
• Assist with quality checks and batch documentation.
• Support R&D of in-house chemicals and equipment; document results.
• Analyze data and prepare reports on product cost and margins.
• Contribute to new product launch coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Rotate through warehousing to understand inventory and distribution.
