Job summary

SERVPRO Industries, LLC seeks an Accounting Intern for its Corporate Headquarters in Gallatin, TN. This full-time internship runs May 24 through July 31, 2027, and offers hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting operations.

The intern will work with the Accounting team to develop foundational knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and internal controls while contributing to meaningful projects and data analysis.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Current college junior or senior pursuing an undergraduate degree in Accounting or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end close activities and reconcile accounts.
• Support preparation and analysis of financial reports and schedules.
• Review financial data for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management processes.
• Participate in special projects involving process improvements and data analysis.
• Gain exposure to accounting systems and internal controls.
• Document procedures and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
