Job summary

BMO Financial Group seeks a seasoned professional to oversee Technology & Operations audits and regulatory exams. You will coordinate across regulators, internal teams, and executives, driving readiness, documentation, and governance reporting.

Responsibilities include managing delivery calendars, leading debriefs, and producing management responses. Strong communication, risk analysis, and leadership skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• University degree or 5–7 years experience in Regulatory Compliance, Audit or Risk Management.
• Experience leading or assisting audits and remediation activities.
• Solid knowledge of banking industry risk types and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage audit/exam calendars and deliverables across multiple jurisdictions.
• Lead pre-readiness and debrief sessions with auditors/regulators and internal stakeholders.
• Provide updates and governance insights to steering committees and risk committees.
• Develop playbooks/templates for audit and exam processes.
• Support 1A partner teams with processes improvements.
