Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates is seeking an Architecture leader to shape and govern technology solutions across the TLT portfolio, spanning Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, and R&D. You will define roadmaps, set standards, and guide investments while enabling scalable, AI-enabled capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 8+ years in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Business Architecture, or related tech consulting roles.
• Experience supporting supply chain, planning, manufacturing, quality or operational business domains.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions and roadmaps.
• Experience facilitating business and technical workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of systems integration, cloud platforms, data architecture, and enterprise applications.
• Experience evaluating technology solutions, supporting vendor selections, and contributing to RFP processes.
• Ability to operate as both a strategic advisor and a hands-on contributor.
• Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain architecture strategies and roadmaps across the TLT portfolio.
• Lead solution assessments for new business initiatives and technology opportunities.
• Evaluate platforms and vendor capabilities against requirements and standards.
• Provide architecture guidance during project intake, discovery, and design phases.
• Establish and enforce architecture principles, standards, and reference architectures.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Delivery Teams, and Solution Architects to ensure execution.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled capabilities and Digital Twins across programs.
• Balance strategic direction with hands-on support to ensure scalable solutions.
