Job summary

Mars Incorporated is seeking a Sr. Finance Manager, Digital Technologies to act as the financial architect for the $1B+ DT portfolio. You will harmonize FP&A frameworks, unlock synergies, and establish standardized processes across a global footprint.

The role focuses on cost transparency, ROI tracking on multi-million dollar tech investments, and governance to support planning, analysis and reporting for a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate finance, FP&A, or commercial business partnering in a global matrixed org.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and govern a unified FP&A and cost-allocation framework for the $1B+ DT portfolio and track post-merger synergies.
• Coordinate end-to-end execution of the Annual Enterprise Plan and 5-year IVCP across the global DT portfolio.
• Consolidate global performance, own variance analysis, and translate cost fluctuations into clear financial narratives for senior leadership.
• Support financial integration to measure performance baselines and ensure accurate FP&A processes.
• Standardize governance and compliance training with Controllership, Regional S&F, and Mars Global Services.
