Job summary

Avangrid's Local Rotational Program in Technology, Digital & Analytics offers recent graduates exposure across the organization through three rotational assignments over about two years. Participants develop technical, business, and leadership capabilities while contributing to projects that support reliable energy services.

Positions may be located in CT, NY, ME, or other Avangrid sites with a potential one-time relocation benefit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to work from assigned Avangrid locations participating in the rotational program.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and solve business or technical problems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in team environments.
• Communication skills that support cross functional partnership.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational assignments across technology, analytics, digital, and operational support functions.
• Support data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, and performance measurement activities.
• Assist with digital transformation, automation, and technology improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams on project assignments.
• Evaluate data and system information to support operational decision making.
• Contribute to governance, cybersecurity, or technology controls as applicable.
• Support process improvement efforts designed to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
