Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the tech industry or consulting.
• MBA or equivalent graduate degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategies and roadmaps into action and operating models for technology companies.
• Drive execution directly alongside client teams, removing barriers and ensuring lasting impact.
• Size the value at stake for transformation initiatives and track delivery against ROI in real time.
• Execute on cost reduction and efficiency opportunities across client operations, including AI-related spend and infrastructure utilization.
• Develop client-ready materials that communicate progress and recommendations clearly to executives.
• Lead workstreams end-to-end, designing approach, managing the work, and delivering outputs ready for client use.
• Own quality across all team outputs; ensure coherence and client-readiness.
• Support business development and nurture client relationships.
• Develop junior team members through feedback and ownership opportunities.
• Travel: Average 40-50% (up to 80% as needed).
