Job summary

Stoneburgh MGT is seeking a Tech 3 – Experienced Service Technician in Texas to diagnose and complete residential HVAC service calls. You will lead installations, perform service calls, and upsell ethically when appropriate.

Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years verifiable HVAC experience, with ability to work independently, diagnose on-site, and present options to customers. Pay ranges from $30–$36/hr based on experience.

Tech 3 – Experienced Service Technician

Pay: $30–$36/hr (depending on experience)

Minimum requirements

You should have:

• 30+ residential installs led as the primary installer
• 1,000+ residential service calls conducted
  • Install experience can be partially offset if you have 1,500+ solo service calls
• Ability to troubleshoot the majority of service calls without senior help
• Demonstrated ability to sell ethically, not just “run calls”
  • We use an ethical, standardized commission plan to ensure customers only buy what they truly need
