Tech 4 – Senior Technician / Field Leader

Experience: 4–8 years verifiable HVAC technician experience Pay:
$34–$40/hr (depending on experience)

Minimum requirements

You should have:

• 60+ residential installs led as the primary installer
• 2,000+ residential service calls conducted
• Some commercial service and install experience
  • Commercial experience can be partially offset by strong residential experience (determined in interview)
• Proven experience training and developing less‑experienced techs
• Demonstrated history of profitability for prior companies through ethical selling and strong ticket averages
  • We adhere to an ethical, standardized commission model
