Tech 2 – Developing Service Technician

Experience: 6–24 months verifiable HVAC field experience Pay:
$22–$28/hr (depending on experience)

Minimum requirements

You should have:

• 15+ residential installs total
  • Led at least 5+ of those as the primary installer
• 500+ residential service calls total
  • At least 250+ of those run on your own (not just riding along)
• Install experience can be partially offset if you’ve run 500+ solo service calls
