We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior TEC and Assessment Officer to join our ARCH Team - A close, friendly team comprised of Social Workers & Social Care Officers. The ARCH Team plays an important role in supporting people to maximise their independence through Technology Enabled Care (TEC), strengths-based assessment and innovative approaches to care and support. As a Senior TEC and Assessment Officer, you will undertake holistic assessments, identify people's strengths, needs, wishes and desired outcomes, and explore how TEC and other community-based solutions can support them to achieve greater independence. You will work closely with individuals, families, colleagues and partner agencies to identify creative and proportionate solutions, ensuring that technology is considered as part of a wider strengths-based approach rather than simply as a response to risk. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities while maintaining high standards of professional practice. You will work both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team (MDT), contributing your specialist knowledge and expertise to support positive outcomes. The role will also provide opportunities to contribute to service development, practice improvement and the wider development of Technology Enabled Care, supporting colleagues to understand how technology can complement traditional care and support., Stockport Council holds a Visa sponsorship licence but this can only be used for certain roles and this campaign does not currently qualify.
