The Systems Hub is responsible for providing systems support to Adult Social Care, projects, and analysis support for the Manchester Local Care Organisation. This role involves supporting the System Hub Manager in managing and maintaining the systems, currently including ContrOCC and Liquid Logic, along with their associated workflows and processes. This presents an exciting opportunity with the potential to transform the support provided to care services in Manchester. The successful candidate will offer a professional, customer-centric, and specialized technical service that adheres to specific guidelines, policies, and procedures. This will ensure effective delivery of desired outcomes and satisfaction of various stakeholder needs. In collaboration with the System Hub Manager, the role entails providing effective system and service support within Social Care, fostering strong relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, and adopting a comprehensive approach to the requirements of care commissioning, contracts, payments, and charging.
