Professional Bull Riders, LLC is seeking a Manager, PBR Teams Service to support execution of the league’s Teams Service strategy. You will drive fan growth, engagement, and local market success by providing resources, insights, and cross-functional coordination across Brand & Marketing, Live Events, Ticketing, and Corporate Partnerships.

You will act as the day-to-day contact for assigned teams, coordinating communications, planning sessions, and service touchpoints, while ensuring alignment

Responsabilités

• Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for assigned PBR Teams and partner with Team marketing and business staff.
• Support regular communication cadences with Teams, including check-ins and planning sessions.
• Act as a solutions-oriented partner, helping Teams access league resources and best practices.
• Support rollout and execution of Teams Service initiatives aligned with strategy and operating model.
• Assist in implementing fan development programs, engagement initiatives, and league-wide campaigns at the team level.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and communication across teams and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain Team-facing toolkits, templates, and playbooks.
• Ensure Teams have access to clear, practical resources that support local execution.
• Gather feedback from teams to improve usability and effectiveness.
• Support fan development strategies including community and grassroots engagement.
• Identify opportunities to enhance fan acquisition and in-market activation.
• Share best practices across teams to elevate performance and consistency.
• Track KPIs related to fan growth, engagement, and market performance.
• Provide regular updates to Senior Director with trends and opportunities.
