Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in live event operations or touring productions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Event Management or related field.
• Proven ability to lead multi-market events, manage vendors, and travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overarching operational strategy for all PBR events.
• Lead on-site operations for marquee events and weekends.
• Oversee livestock, arena builds, and back-of-house logistics.
• Manage budgets, forecast costs, and drive operational efficiencies.
• Build scalable staffing models and mentor junior managers.
• Ensure safety protocols and compliance across all venues.
