Job summary

Professional Bull Riders seeks a Manager, PBR Teams Service to drive the Teams Service strategy and support for team organizations from the Fort Worth HQ. You will be the primary contact for team marketing staff, coordinating resources and best practices across Brand, Live Events, Ticketing, Partnerships, and Media.

You will partner with the Senior Director to translate strategic frameworks into actionable tools and programs, enabling teams to execute in local markets and grow fan engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in sports, live events, marketing, or related fields.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders, teams, or markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for assigned PBR Teams and build strong relationships with Team marketing and business staff.
• Support regular communication cadences with Teams, planning sessions, and ongoing service touchpoints.
• Act as a solutions-oriented partner, helping Teams access league resources.
• Assist in implementing fan development strategies and league-wide campaigns at team level.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables and communication across teams and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain Team-facing toolkits, templates and playbooks.
