Job summary

PBR in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Manager, PBR Teams Service to drive the Teams Service strategy and day‑to‑day delivery. You will partner with Brand & Marketing, Live Events, Ticketing, and Corporate Partnerships to empower teams with practical resources and proven playbooks.

In this role, you will serve as a primary contact for teams, coordinate communications, and rollout fan development initiatives. Travel is required 25–40% and four days in office are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in sports, live events, marketing, or related fields.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders, teams, or markets preferred.
• Experience in project coordination, marketing support, or client/service roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• This is an execution and enablement role focused on supporting teams through consistent communication, practical solutions, and proactive service.
• Coordinate with Brand & Marketing, Live Events, Ticketing, Corporate Partnerships, Media, Operations to ensure alignment.
• Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for assigned PBR Teams and build relationships with team marketing staff.
• Support regular communication cadences with Teams, including check-ins and planning sessions.
• Help roll out Teams Service initiatives and ensure alignment with strategy and operating model.
• Assist in implementing fan development programs and league-wide campaigns at the team level.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and communication across teams and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain Team-facing toolkits, templates, and playbooks.
• Ensure access to clear resources that support local execution.
• Gather feedback from teams to improve usability and effectiveness.
• Support adoption of fan development strategies including community and grassroots initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to enhance fan acquisition, retention, and in-market activation.
• Share best practices across teams to elevate performance and consistency.
• Track KPIs related to fan growth, engagement, and market performance.
