Capgemini Engineering is seeking an experienced Teamcenter Quality (QMS) Solution Architect to lead architecture and implementation of integrated PLM solutions across US operations. The role focuses on connecting quality processes with configurable product structures and digital thread, ensuring traceability from requirements through manufacturing and service.

The candidate will define architecture standards, govern BMIDE extensions, and drive governance for quality workflows, audits, and CAPA

Qualifications

• 15-18+ years of experience in PLM implementations.
• 3+ years in Teamcenter Quality (QMS modules).
• Deep understanding of quality processes (NCM, CAPA, audits).

Responsibilities

• Define architecture for Teamcenter Quality modules (NCM, CAPA, Audit, FMEA integration).
• Design integrated solutions linking configurable product structures with quality processes and compliance.
• Develop architecture standards, frameworks, and reusable patterns.
• Architect Teamcenter Quality solutions including Non-Conformance Management, CAPA, Audit Management, Supplier Quality & Issue tracking.
• Define integration strategy across CAD, ERP, MES, and quality systems to ensure end-to-end traceability.
