You lead the design and implementation of modern factory platforms, leveraging AI and analytics to boost insights, decisions, and outcomes. The role bridges strategy, technology, and execution, turning future manufacturing visions into scalable, compliant solutions.You will:+ Lead client projects to deliver AI-powered manufacturing improvements.+ Advise on current and future factory platforms for ROI-driven outcomes.+ Design and plan modern MES and next-generation digital manufacturing solutions.+ Define IT/OT integration using industry standards (ISA-95/88).+ Mentor teams, promote AI literacy, and drive scalable delivery.+ Manage senior stakeholders with data-driven recommendations.+ Develop proposals and RFPs highlighting AI benefits and impact.+ Deliver AI-driven manufacturing solutions by leading end-to-end client projects from design through execution.+ Manage risks, vendors, and ensure sustainable manufacturing operations.## Your Skills + ExperienceYou bring strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts, and understand how these capabilities apply to enterprise transformation. You are able to identify and support AI‐enabled opportunities that improve business outcomes and delivery effectiveness, and you have experience working in AI‐augmented ways of working to enhance research, analysis, and solution development. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
