Job summary

SANS Consulting Services, Inc. seeks a seasoned Teamcenter QE Lead with 8-12 years in PLM Quality Engineering to drive end-to-end test strategy, planning, execution, defect management, and release validation for Teamcenter projects.

The role leads onsite and offshore QA teams, coordinates with stakeholders and architects in an Agile environment, and validates processes across BOM, Change, Workflow, and Document Management.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years in PLM Quality Engineering and Teamcenter testing.
• Strong knowledge of Teamcenter modules (BOM Management, Change Management, Workflow Management, Document Management, Active Workspace).
• Experience validating complex business processes and performing integration testing with SAP/ERP, CAD, and other enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end test strategy, planning, execution, defect management, and release validation for Teamcenter implementations, enhancements, and support engagements.
• Lead onsite and offshore QA teams, drive defect triage and quality governance, and collaborate with stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams in an Agile environment.
• Ensure successful delivery through strong communication and client-facing leadership.
