Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in San Jose, California seeks a skilled Teamcenter PLM specialist to translate business requirements into Teamcenter solutions, configure modules, and support PDM, BOM, and workflow processes.

You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams, lead testing and end-user training, and drive continuous PLM improvements, with integrations to SAP/Oracle and CAD tools.

Qualifications

Strong experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM.
Expertise in PDM, BOM Management, Change Management (ECR/ECO/ECN), Workflow

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into Teamcenter solutions.
Configure and support Teamcenter modules, workflows, and business processes.
Manage and optimize Product Data Management (PDM), Bill of Materials (BOM), Change Management (ECR/ECO/ECN), Document Management, and Workflow Automation.
Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to improve PLM processes.
Support Teamcenter integrations with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), CAD tools (NX, Creo, SolidWorks), and enterprise applications.
Collaborate with development teams on customizations, enhancements, and data migration activities.
Lead functional testing, UAT, production support, and end-user training.
Troubleshoot application issues and drive continuous process improvements.
