• 8–12 years of PLM quality engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of Teamcenter modules: BOM Management, Change Management, Workflow Management, Document Management and Active Workspace (AWC).
• Experience in validating complex business processes and conducting integration testing with SAP/ERP, CAD, and other enterprise applications.
• Ability to lead onsite and offshore QA teams, drive defect triage and governance in an Agile environment.

The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of Teamcenter modules including BOM Management, Change Management, Workflow Management, Document Management, and Active Workspace (AWC). Experience in validating complex business processes and conducting integration testing with SAP/ERP, CAD, and other enterprise applications is essential.
