Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services is seeking a Team Support Staff member for full-time, first shift, across several Pine Rest locations. You will greet patients, visitors, and staff, manage calls, schedule appointments, and keep the office running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff

Join Pine Rest as a Team Support Staff member and be part of a supportive team dedicated to providing excellent service to patients, visitors, and staff. This role is a great fit for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable working with people, and enjoys keeping a busy office running smoothly.

Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• First shift
• Opportunities available at several Pine Rest locations

What You'll Do

Pay: $15.57-$21.79/hour, based on factors such as location, experience, education, certifications, and FTE status.
