Job summary

USA Clay Target League in Eagan, MN is seeking a proactive, organized candidate to support customer service, sales, and marketing tasks while assisting League staff. You will liaise with supporters, vendors, and participants, handle registrations, orders, and fulfillment, and occasionally travel to events.

The role reports to the Vice President and requires working from the Eagan office at least three days per week, with travel to events as needed to support State and National tournaments.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required (2 years minimum).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong administrative and software skills (MS Office).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Professional demeanor with customers.

Responsibilities

• Primary customer support contact for League inquiries, registrations, and website-related questions.
• Assist with registration fees and related correspondence.
• Assist with patch inventory and fulfillment.
• Assist with new team start-up efforts.
• Assist with marketing including updating website content.
• Collaborate on apparel design, inventory management, procurement, order verification, and shipping.
• Coordinate conference and tournament fulfillment and shipping.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes with management.
• Provide accounting support to Finance Manager including inventory reporting.
• Complete other assignments as needed by staff.
• Assist with occasional office tasks and supplies.
• Work out of the Eagan (MN) office for a minimum of three days per week.
• Travel to events as needed, including State and National tournaments.
