League One Volleyball (LOVB) in the Minneapolis/St Paul area seeks a Marketing Communications Manager to develop and execute strategic marketing and communications initiatives that strengthen the brand, engage audiences, and drive growth. It oversees content creation, ensures messaging consistency, and coordinates internal and external communications across marketing, operations, and leadership.

This role requires 5+ years in marketing communications, a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred),

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related discipline; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing communications, public relations, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in media relations, campaign planning, and content creation.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated marketing communications strategies across channels.
• Manage media relations, press materials, and inquiries.
• Lead content creation for digital, social, and traditional media.
• Coordinate internal communications and leadership messaging.
